Tai D. Ngo is an NCCAOM-board certified and Massachusetts state-licensed practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. He received his Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture in Newton. He employs acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine (internal and topical), and orthopedic Tui Na bodywork in his treatments.


Tai has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries. He has received advanced training with renowned teachers in orthopedic acupuncture, traditional Chinese orthopedic acupuncture, Tui Na bodywork, and has successfully treated patients with frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, knee problems, strained ankle and wrist issues, low back strain, and additional sports-related injuries. He has also spent time in China visiting TCM hospitals to broaden his knowledge.


Tai is especially interested in kung fu, tai chi, and qigong. He has trained under Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming since 1985. He is one of Dr. Yang’s disciples and has taught Shaolin and Tai Chi at YMAA Boston for many years.
