Chinese herbal medicine is a major aspect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which uses a variety of herbs, minerals or animal products in different combinations to restoring the imbalances, nourishing the body, and spirit to maintain health. Traditional Chinese medicine is successfully used to treat very wide range of disorders such as: digestive problems, eczema and psoriasis, chronic fatigue, gynaecological disorders, hepatic (liver) disorders, cardiovascular disorders, stress/anxiety/depression, allergies and autoimmune disorders.

  • Tui Na

Is a Chinese form of bodywork that uses soft tissue massage, manipulation and traction, and pressure points. Working along the same pathways as acupuncture and adhering to the same principles, Tui Na is ideal for musculoskeletal conditions, trauma recovery, and whole-body integration.
